Lionsgate Wants You to Catch Virus X from Empire Films

On February 1, 2011, Lionsgate made everyone in the US and Canada susceptible to Virus X, Empire Film’s new Sci Fi thriller.  Virus X is the twisted brainchild of writer Jeremiah Campbell and writer/ director Ryan Stevens Harris.

Set in a bunker, Virus X is the tale of a group of scientists, who, unbeknownst to them, are creating a super virus. This virus is being created so that the head of an unnamed pharmaceutical company, Denita Herrington (played with pure evil, by the still beautiful Sybil Danning) can sell the vaccine to a panicked world and reap huge profits.

Virus X also stars Joe Zaso, Dylan Vox, Jai Day, Sasha Formoso, Kyra Groves, Bo Burroughs and recent best actor winner, Domiziano Arcangeli (who also produced).  Arcangeli will be seen later this year in Daughter of Fear and Terror Bites.   Empire Films produced Virus X. Empire’s next film is Box of Shadows, a co-production with Photocomics.
